Community Impact

Community engagement has been an important part of my ministry and leadership throughout my career.

My experience has included:

  • After-school education
  • Mentoring
  • Christian education
  • Community outreach
  • Church-based assistance programs
  • Leadership development
  • Family support
  • Educational partnerships
  • Nonprofit development

Through Reborn International, programs served 500+ students across multiple school districts.

Through pastoral ministry, I participated in and oversaw programs designed to serve families, children, young adults, men, and communities throughout the Dallas area.

Through Christian education, I helped establish a school designed to integrate academic development, biblical worldview, discipleship, and leadership.

My current emphasis increasingly includes mentoring men and developing systems through which experienced Christian leaders can intentionally invest in younger generations.

For me, community impact is not simply measured by how many people attend an event.

It is measured by what happens to people afterward.

Did someone grow? Did a family become stronger? Did a student discover opportunity? Did a leader become healthier? Did a man become a better father? Did someone encounter Christ?

Those are the outcomes that matter.
